Shipping & Delivery
Every piece of Velo Pilates equipment is built to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust — your machine is made after you order it, then shipped direct to your door.
How long it takes
6 to 7 weeks from order to delivery. That covers manufacturing and sea freight from our factory to your address. We will confirm your expected delivery window by email once your order is placed, and we will tell you promptly if anything changes.
If you need equipment faster than that, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What delivery costs
Nothing extra. The price you see includes freight, customs clearance, import duty and GST. There is nothing further to pay when your delivery arrives. We deliver Australia-wide.
Getting it into your home
Our equipment is large and heavy — a reformer is around 230cm long and 45kg boxed. Please note:
- Delivery is to your door, not into a specific room, and does not include unpacking or assembly
- Someone over 18 must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
- Please make sure there is clear access — think about stairs, narrow hallways, lifts and gates before you order
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window
If access is difficult, tell us before you order and we will work out the best approach with you.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves the factory.
